Well I'm done with SF. After another stupid topic... Actually this one was so full of fail it was epic. Someone complained that there was
too much spam in the spam forum. I thought that was rich. Anyway, when I pointed out that was stupid, and that people had been complaining the place was too strict and then saying that that place was too loose, I got flamed, which of course got me upset and I said a few things, and then I just said, "Why bother? This place is filled with idiots!" Some sage-wanna-be "I don't get hit on by guys because I'm so mature they worship me" girl decided to say I was "running away" which made me laugh, because there was nothing to run away from, but whatever. I changed my email so I don't get emails from them anymore and, by an amazing stroke of luck, it also invalidates my account so I can't log in even if I wanted to. I think that worked out great. I told Josh I'd left and he flipped out on me, which I thought was a little odd because I didn't actually
say anything other than to have fun with the forums because I was leaving. I was going to tell him that I would still be on AIM, but he decided to get into an FESS vs. SF debate I didn't want to be a part of but whatever. I still hold that FESS's staff was more competent overall, considering that stupid excuse for a topic should have been locked six pages before it was and instead there were staff members in there making matters worse. But if Josh thinks that the place will succeed than the best of luck to him but I really don't want to be a part of a preteen dumbfest--I'd rather try to revive ECW, and I think everyone knows how I feel about that place.
I also had to laugh because I posted Alex's Wii Fit review on there and some guy said something along the lines of, "That guy's a freak. There's no way that guy works out that much."
Anyway, that brings me back down to like two forums, which makes me a little sad because I really feel like there's nothing to do online anymore. Then again, I just don't really feel right anymore anyway. I probably overreacted with quite a few things but I honestly just don't care anymore. Being on that place literally drained me mentally.
I dunno. I think maybe FESS shouldn't have been shut down after all...

I think Josh is starting to feel some pressure about SF. He sounds like he's getting tired of the bullshit, and is worried about losing more FESSers. It was stupid to react to you the way he did, but I think that's what's going through his head.
I am getting more and more to the point where I can't stand the place, but I didn't send my members there because of my own personal tastes. Some of those guys... they cry about everything, when you smack them down, you push harder, and the others complain about "OMG RULES!!! :(", and really, I think this would be a good time for LG to introduce himself with a few well-placed ass kickings. It's all Josh right now; his mods are useless, and oftentimes part of the problem.
And Ashtray is going nowhere, which is kinda sad, but what pisses me off about that place is that Blacken got exactly what he wanted... and it's dead within a week, virtually. Brilliant job, old boy... now, do you (Ed) want to tell me again why half the things I did at FESS are fucking wrong?
I do feel bad for Josh, because right when I said that the topic should have been locked six pages ago, he immediately jumped to the "I was writing an essay" line, when I was talking about the other staff members who obviously saw the thread because they posted there. He's starting to remind me of you, assuming all the responsibility, and it won't get anyone anywhere. No one on that forum respects the staff--even Vincent was getting shit in that topic and he's the other admin! But I'm not mad at him; I was just a bit peeved/confused at the time that the situation turned from, "Yo peace I'll be on AIM" to "THIS IS NOT FESS!"
Yeah, even I've lost any real hope in the Ashtray. I mean I was really excited about the debate board (since that's what I was known for on FESS if I remember correctly; when I came back I remember you saying you were happy to have another debater back) but then no one really posted except for quanta and Black Knight. I guess that's how it was on FESS though too.
Josh is trying to balance a fine line, when he needs to start landing on some people and making examples. It's funny... FESS no longer needed a heavy hand, so I sent those members to Serene's Forest, which DOES need a heavy hand now. That's why I'm saying LG should step in, with Josh's approval, and start kicking some ass; 1) to make people respect the enforcer, and 2) to get these guys to either stop shitting on the rug or go outside.
I agree that LG should step up and make a few moves, but I can also see it ending up like this, "Wah the new FESS guy came in and busted my ass! This place is turning into the new FESS!" despite the fact most of those retards don't even know how FESS was. Maybe if he was able to get both Vincent and LG to work together or pick a couple mods to actually do something, that might help. I think honestly it's going to take the whole staff to really implement any honest, good changes. I definitely think it'd be good for LG to take the reins for a little though, since he isn't likely to be as burned out as Josh or Vincent at this point.
It can be from either of the Joshes, but it doesn't matter; it has to be done. And if LG happens to do it... well, then he establishes himself as an enforcer.

In other news, why did you even return? You were "done" with SF within a couple days, but obviously you'd been posting for a few weeks. What drew you back?
